Overview
The problem
AI coding tools were split across a dozen tabs: one place to chat with a model, another to edit files, another to host the result. Nothing carried context between them.
What I built
A unified workspace with four modules — AI Workspace, Files & Git, Plan & Track, and Live Apps. Email and Google sign-in behind a single identity. Three subscription tiers with real usage metering: token allowances, storage quotas, project and live-app limits enforced per plan.
The hard part
Billing. Payments run through Visa and Mastercard plus ArCa and Idram, the Armenian rails — which meant handling two payment worlds with different failure modes, and making quota enforcement accurate enough to charge people for.
Why it matters
This is the project that proves the engineering. Authentication, subscriptions, metering, quota enforcement, payment integration and deployment infrastructure in one product.
